Handoff One supports care coordination. It is not an emergency monitoring service or a substitute for medical advice.
1. Eligibility and accounts
Account holders must be adults authorized to provide the family information they enter and must keep login details secure.
2. Caregiver invitations
You decide whom to invite and are responsible for verifying that person. Secure links must not be forwarded to unauthorized people.
3. Safety information
Families are responsible for accurate, current instructions. In an emergency, users should contact local emergency services.
4. Subscriptions
Price, trial, renewal and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. Apple purchases are managed through the user’s Apple account.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse access links, impersonate others, upload unlawful content or interfere with service security.
6. Ending service
Users may stop using the service and request account deletion. Limited records may be retained where legally required.
