← Handoff OnePolicy version 1.0 · Effective July 25, 2026

Private care information deserves clear boundaries.

1. Information we collect

Account details, family and care profiles, handoff content, caregiver confirmations, device and security information, subscription status and support communications.

2. Children’s information

A parent or authorized guardian provides child information. Children do not create accounts. Caregivers receive only the information selected for a time-limited handoff.

3. How information is used

To deliver care handoffs, send security and care notifications, prevent abuse, provide support and improve reliability with optional analytics.

4. Sharing and retention

Data is shared with invited caregivers and necessary service providers. Access links expire automatically. Parents can revoke access, export data or request deletion.

5. International processing

Regional disclosures and lawful transfer safeguards are provided according to the user’s location.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, portability or deletion, and withdraw optional consent. The final launch policy will include the responsible company and privacy contact.
